 The Ranger is specifically designed for test ranges and other harsh environments. With 18-gauge steel housing, membrane-touch control buttons and military-style connectors, the Ranger provides a point-and-shoot solution to your tough imaging applications.
The Ranger is also ideal for harsh factory environments and biology field research. The rugged housing is dustproof, rainproof and the sturdy LCD monitor is built-in to the body of the camera.
The Ranger is available in 4 models:
- Ranger 250, up to 250 frames per second
- Ranger 500, up to 500 frames per second
- Ranger 1000, up to 1000 frames per second
- Ranger HR, up to 16,000 frames per second
Using standard D-cell batteries, the self-contained unit allows you to forget about bulky battery belts or generators. And the CompactFlash download feature makes archiving your important images easy. Communications between the Ranger and your laptop is a snap with the USB-2.0 port and IRIG-B is standard on all Rangaer models.
